Every student joins one level-based Korean class plus shared culture and story time each Saturday. Placement considers reading, writing, and speaking — not just age.
Class structure
Five classes, one shared journey
Age ranges are guidelines; placement may be adjusted based on Korean proficiency. 연령은 기준이며 한국어 수준에 따라 조정될 수 있습니다.
유치반Ages 4–6
Preschool class
유치반
First hangul letters and sounds, with lots of repetition, songs, and hands-on activities.
초등반Ages 7–8
Lower elementary class
초등반
Reading and writing words and short sentences, plus everyday speaking practice.
중등반Ages 9–12
Upper elementary class
중등반
Longer reading, paragraph writing, and speaking with more confidence about ideas.
고등반Ages 13+
Teen class
고등반
Deeper language work with discussion, culture, and history for older learners.

Culture, community, and character
문화와 마음까지
Shared parts of the morning that every level takes part in.
Korean culture studio
Seasonal crafts and traditions — Chuseok, Seollal, hanbok, calligraphy, folk games, and Korean music.
K-geography & travel journal
Students 'travel' Korea province by province and keep an illustrated travel journal in Korean.
Bible story time
A short, age-appropriate story and reflection woven into the Saturday rhythm, taught with warmth and openness.
Family & community events
Open-house days, performances, and end-of-semester celebrations that bring families together.

Tell us your child's age and how much Korean they hear or speak at home. A teacher will suggest a starting level, and we can adjust early in the semester if it isn't the right fit.
